Yi Kang (“Jeff”) Shyr 石逸康 was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. He immigrated to the United States when he was eight years old and navigated through the complicated naturalization process by himself when he was eighteen years old. As such, Attorney Shyr is naturally passionate about United States immigration law, therefore he became an immigration attorney licensed in California in 2016, but is able to practice immigration law in all 50 states.
