Yi Kang (“Jeff”) Shyr 石逸康 was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. He immigrated to the United States when he was eight years old and navigated through the complicated naturalization process by himself when he was eighteen years old. As such, Attorney Shyr is naturally passionate about United States immigration law, therefore he became an immigration attorney licensed in California in 2016, but is able to practice immigration law in all 50 states. Attorney Shyr is has proven himself to be compassionate towards his clients and their respective goals. 1 Peter 3:8

Attorney Shyr is an immigration lawyer who specializes in all aspects of United States Immigration and Nationality Law, including employment-based and family-based immigration, helping investors and businesses, deportation defense, asylum, post-conviction relief, lawsuits against the government, and other available yet relatively unknown forms of immigration relief. Regardless of a case's complexity or location, Attorney Shyr has successfully handled a variety of complicated Immigration cases with precision.

Attorney Shyr is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
